What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and building repairs involving electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and carpentry systems
• maintain and troubleshoot fire and security systems and commercial property components
• maintain grounds, including landscaping and snow removal
• conduct facility inspections
• organize facility documentation
• mentor and train technicians
• coach and oversee outside vendors
• respond to off-hours calls or emergencies.
