The Youth Sports Official (Referee) role is onsite at assigned Club gyms, fields, and league sites in Central Florida, with the listed location at the Tupperware Brands Branch in Kissimmee, FL. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida provides young people with a safe place to learn and grow and supports youth development through sports and recreation.

What you'll do

• Officiate assigned youth sports games impartially
• enforce rules and protect participant safety
• communicate expectations and calls
• complete pre-game safety checks, score sheets, and game and incident reports
• respond to safety concerns and follow injury, concussion, weather, and child-protection protocols
• participate in required training and meetings. Mentoring minor youth officials may be assigned to officials age 18 and over.

Why this role
