Residential Overnight Supervisor

Residential Overnight Supervisor is an onsite role in Onamia, MN, with 10-hour shifts. Starting pay is $24–$27 per hour. The supervisor supports Nexus Family Healing’s Mille Lacs residential program, which provides trauma-informed, family-centered treatment for boys ages 10–19.

What you'll do

• Lead night staff and oversee nightly program operations
• ensure resident and staff safety and secure the facility and grounds
• direct staff coverage and monitor resident movement
• conduct hourly facility and perimeter checks, headcounts, and room checks
• respond to and document incidents
• use therapeutic interventions and de-escalation
• supervise medication distribution and logs
• support staff training and performance evaluation
• provide resident transportation as needed
• maintain confidentiality.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of related experience, one year of supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and successful completion of required background checks and Handle With Care training.
