What you'll do

• Manage recruiting intake, sourcing, interviews, and status tracking
• partner with hiring managers
• source candidates through LinkedIn and approved channels
• coordinate external recruiters when approved
• support offers and onboarding
• lead new-hire orientation and maintain paperwork in ADP
• administer learning programs
• coordinate training resources and records
• recruit and coordinate the summer internship program.
