Internal Fabrication Supervisor — Machining and Fabrication

Compensation is $80,000–$100,000 per year. The Internal Fabrication Supervisor role is onsite in Victor, NY, and is full-time and exempt. Progressive Machine & Design builds complex, highly engineered automation systems for major customers. The supervisor leads internal fabrication operations and develops employees while coordinating production priorities, quality, and schedules. The role connects fabrication disciplines with engineering, project management, and other teams to keep manufacturing work aligned with project requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop fabrication employees
• set priorities and delegate work
• oversee training and staffing activities
• coordinate production across Toolroom, EDM, Boring Mill, Waterjet, Cut-Off, and Paint
• monitor schedules and capacity
• coordinate outside processing
• maintain ERP routings and production information
• inspect completed work
• resolve quality and technical issues
• coordinate materials, supplies, maintenance records, safety, and budgets.
