What you'll do

• Source and engage candidates for clinical and support roles
• build pipelines for Behavior Technician and Treatment positions
• organize local hiring events, career fairs, and group interviews
• maintain staffing dashboards, requisitions, approval flows, and candidate pipelines
• promote company values throughout candidate interactions
• partner with hiring managers and department leaders on staffing needs and data-backed recommendations.
