Logistics Associate

What you'll do

• Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt shipment movement
• respond to customer inquiries and direct clients to appropriate channels
• review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy
• arrange special shipping as needed
• track and resolve shipping errors
• prepare bills and invoices
• manage distribution and shipment load plans
• coordinate with compliance, transportation, warehouse, and terminal teams.
