What you'll do

• Manage inbound and outbound calls and respond to inquiries
• conduct preliminary screenings for urgency, eligibility, and program placement
• verify insurance coverage and benefits
• coordinate and schedule assessments and appointments
• maintain confidential records and follow-up details
• provide crisis support and de-escalation when necessary
• monitor referral activity and escalate workflow issues
• track pending admissions and required documentation
• collaborate with intake, admissions, recovery housing, and clinical teams.
