What you'll do

• Run shifts and support smooth shop operations
• coach and train team members in food preparation, barista skills, guest service, and Pret standards
• provide feedback and conduct pre-shift meetings
• maintain displays, food quality, freshness, and station readiness
• deliver guest service and support product launches
• complete safety checks and temperature logs
• maintain cleanliness
• open or close the shop
• monitor equipment, waste, and stock
• handle guest concerns
• support scheduling, inventory, and shift reports
• and work with managers to meet shop goals.
