Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required. This is an onsite role in Plainfield, NJ. Compensation is $44,768.00 per person per year. Milton Hershey School provides an extraordinary, cost-free, career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Married couples are sought to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes. The role involves providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8-13 students, fostering their academic, emotional, and social development in a structured, family-like environment.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

High school diploma or GED required. Experience working or volunteering with youth.
