What you'll do

• Support consistent workflows and patient care standards
• coordinate technician assignments, patient flow, and clinic readiness
• ensure accurate patient workups, diagnostic testing, and EMR documentation
• address workflow gaps
• oversee opening and closing procedures
• maintain exam rooms and diagnostic equipment
• manage clinical supply inventory
• follow cleaning protocols
• process prescriptions
• support and train technicians
• follow HIPAA, safety, and infection-control protocols
• collaborate with clinical and administrative staff.
