What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers in person and by phone
• answer product questions and recommend products
• process purchases and returns using POS and internal systems
• receive and stock merchandise
• maintain inventory accuracy and store presentation
• follow opening and closing procedures
• update customer records
• alert management to potential security issues
• learn product features and demonstrate their use
• be willing to learn and teach customer classes.
