Why this role

After-school coaching hours are an opportunity, not a required duty. Recess programming generally runs Monday through Friday between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.; after-school classes generally run on a weekday between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. Saturday availability is required only for coaches participating in the flag football league.
