Senior Relationship Banker

What you'll do

• Identify sales and cross-sell opportunities
• open consumer and business deposit accounts
• refer residential and small-business loan opportunities to internal partners
• maintain accounts and provide transactional support
• advise customers on financial products and services
• manage inquiries and resolve issues
• conduct outbound business development and calling campaigns
• process and record transactions as needed
• maintain and balance a cash drawer
• support Banking Center opening or closing and team activities.
