What you'll do

• Welcome and assist guests
• process registrations, check-ins, check-outs, payments, and reservations
• handle guest inquiries
• audit, reconcile, and balance guest and house accounts
• post room charges
• complete reports
• follow accounting and inventory controls
• serve as Manager on Duty overnight
• inspect and maintain front desk and public areas
• support laundry and breakfast setup as needed
• follow safety and security procedures.
