What you'll do

• Lead site planning, landscape design, conceptual design, schematic design, and design development
• develop concepts responsive to site, context, culture, client objectives, and development strategy
• communicate ideas through sketches, drawings, plans, diagrams, presentations, and working sessions
• direct internal teams and review work products
• coordinate with architects, engineers, planners, consultants, developers, and clients
• lead or support presentations and meetings
• manage multiple assignments
• support proposals, interviews, marketing, and business development when needed
• mentor junior designers.
