What you'll do

• Sweep and mop floors
• wash dishes, pots, pans, trays, and glassware
• clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces and equipment
• dispose of trash and process recyclables
• polish utensils
• transport supplies
• assist with banquet table setup when required
• wash and peel vegetables or assist with basic food preparation as needed
• and store and rotate stock.
