Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor — Per Diem

What you'll do

• Identify patient service needs
• schedule and assign nursing staff
• provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families
• respond to patient and healthcare-team questions
• maintain a safe and clean environment
• develop and interpret infection-control policies
• enforce medication and controlled-substance requirements
• monitor confidentiality
• audit patient and department records
• oversee emergency equipment and coordinate repairs
• collaborate with healthcare teams.
