What you'll do

  • Assist shoppers in the open-choice pantry and support or lead volunteer groups
  • prepare and serve food for programs and events in accordance with food safety standards
  • clean and disinfect kitchen, dining, pantry, storage, and food-service areas
  • monitor equipment and maintain temperature logs
  • pick up, sort, package, and store food
  • drive the agency vehicle to collect food from partner agencies
  • track food received, distributed, and inventoried
  • complete monthly inspections and reports.
