Pulmonologist

Job overview

The Pulmonologist role is based in Dresden, TN, with a hybrid clinical schedule of 3–4 days in clinic and 1–2 virtual days; compensation is not specified. NuvoAir Medical provides technology-enabled pulmonary care for people with chronic respiratory conditions. The physician provides outpatient pulmonary and primary care, evaluates and follows patients, reviews diagnostic information, manages treatment, and coordinates with the care team to support personalized respiratory care and improve patient outcomes.

What you'll do

• Provide outpatient pulmonary and primary care to adults with COPD, asthma, chronic cough, and other respiratory disorders
• conduct evaluations and follow-up visits
• coordinate care with other providers
• review spirometry, pulmonary function tests, imaging, and other clinical data
• manage treatment plans and medication adjustments
• educate patients
• document in the electronic health record
• and follow clinical protocols and regulatory requirements.
