What you'll do

• Process and review applications
• generate leases
• coordinate move-ins
• communicate about renewals, complaints, move-outs, and collections
• update tenant records
• assist with resident events and communications
• help resolve ledger and billing issues
• inspect units and common areas
• coordinate maintenance follow-up and vendor bids
• assist with upkeep projects
• communicate property status and support compliance with company policies and regulations.
