What you'll do

• Lead implementation, configuration, modification, and maintenance of Epic applications
• build and optimize EpicCare Ambulatory, Kaleidoscope, and Bones workflows
• support application users
• lead testing and workflow documentation
• analyze clinical processes and application impacts
• investigate and resolve issues and service tickets
• guide junior analysts
• collaborate with trainers on documentation and training strategies
• support integrations, upgrades, enhancements, and production launches
• participate in an on-call rotation and provide support outside normal business hours when required.
