Scheduling Specialist

The Scheduling Specialist role is onsite in Anoka, MN. Compensation is $21–$24 per hour. The position is in Vivie’s Administration department and supports care teams and assigned communities. The specialist builds and maintains staff schedules, monitors coverage, and assists with payroll processing. Accurate scheduling and communication help ensure staffing needs are addressed and care teams are positioned to support operations.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain staff schedules in UKG
• manage schedule changes, time-off requests, swaps, and open shifts
• maintain rotational schedules and monitor coverage
• communicate staffing gaps through UKG Talk, Teams, text, and outreach
• partner with site leadership and HR on staffing needs and escalate unresolved issues or minimum staffing risks
• provide scheduling support across buildings
• maintain accurate schedules and documentation in line with protocols and compliance requirements.
