• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• generate leads through networking, calls, email, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry events
• build relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and business leaders
• conduct client meetings

• prepare presentations, proposals, and service agreements

• negotiate contract terms
• support client onboarding and sales goals.
