Board Operator

Job overview

The Board Operator role is onsite in Kermit, TX, at a frac sand mining and processing facility. Pay is $26–$32 per hour, with a $75 per diem when on hitch and working. The role supports Wallstreet Sand Co.’s plant operations. This position monitors and controls plant equipment and processes to support safe, efficient, consistent production, coordinating with field operators and responding to alarms and operating issues.

What you'll do

• Monitor and operate plant equipment through HMI/SCADA systems
• start up, shut down, and adjust processes
• coordinate with field operators, maintenance, and supervisors
• respond to alarms and abnormal conditions
• document production and shift activity
• follow safety and environmental procedures
• assist with troubleshooting and coordinate lockout/tagout and system readiness.
