The Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is an onsite position based in Riverside, California, serving clients in the Inland Empire. Pay is $22–$25 per hour, based on experience and certification. Oceans Behavioral Interventions provides evidence-based in-home ABA therapy to children with autism across the Inland Empire. The role delivers individualized, one-to-one ABA therapy in children’s homes and community settings, implementing BCBA-created treatment plans and recording client progress. It supports children’s communication, social interaction, daily living skills, and development through positive, evidence-based strategies while coordinating with families and supervising BCBAs.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA interventions using discrete trial training, natural environment teaching, and positive reinforcement
• collect real-time client progress data
• build relationships with children, families, and supervising BCBAs
• communicate with caregivers
• attend supervision, team meetings, and training
• maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability.
