What you'll do

• Greet clients, guests, and vendors
• manage the multi-line phone system, direct calls, take messages, and provide general information
• monitor the reception inbox and agency calendars
• handle mail, packages, and couriers
• keep common areas clean, organized, and stocked
• support meeting and conference-room scheduling
• provide basic administrative support to executives and departments
• assist with new-hire onboarding tasks
• maintain confidentiality and the agency’s professional image.
