The Business Development Manager is an onsite role based in Atlanta, GA. This role exists to support the Business Development Director, identify opportunities, and guide all parties through quoting, proofing, and sampling for projects. The manager is a self-starter with excellent prospecting and relationship-building skills.

• communicate and implement strategic plans for market share growth
• develop and execute a pull strategy
• decide on target sub-segments
• partner with Sales to assess customer needs
• identify organizations with packaging needs
• leverage R&D and Innovation teams
• maintain relationships with suppliers
• report on sales funnel
• work with estimating team on pricing
• lead a culture of integrity
• assure a safe work environment.
