Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative works onsite in Fort Mill, SC, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $20–$22 per hour, with monthly SPIFF opportunities, supplemental bonuses, and sales commission opportunities. The role handles inbound customer inquiries and outbound prospecting to commercial accounts in the Charlotte market. By explaining pest management services, scheduling appointments, and working with field professionals and client services, the representative helps customers find solutions and supports company growth.

What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and texts from prospective residential and commercial clients
• make outbound prospecting calls to commercial accounts in the Charlotte market
• explain company services and solutions
• schedule service appointments using online scheduling software
• coordinate with Pest Management Professionals and the Client Services team
• provide customer service.
