What you'll do

• Assist Youth Directors with program operations and participant supervision
• develop activities and workshops
• communicate with participants, parents, staff, and agency contacts
• lead and support Youth Leaders, aides, and volunteers
• arrange staff coverage
• maintain facilities, equipment, and supplies
• assist with program marketing and the annual campaign
• attend meetings and training
• uphold child-protection requirements and YMCA core values.
