Healthcare Sales and Marketing Patient Care Navigator

Job overview

The Healthcare Sales and Marketing Patient Care Navigator role is onsite in Huntingdon Valley, PA, with compensation of $18–$24 per hour plus quarterly marketing bonuses. Digital Health Information provides care services to people in the long-term care community, including patients living in their own homes, and currently operates in Pennsylvania and New Jersey localities. The navigator connects prospective patients with the company’s services and resources. The role combines outreach, onboarding, patient and caregiver education, home engagement, account management, community events, and, as needed, prescription delivery while following applicable regulations including HIPAA.

What you'll do

• Reach out to prospective patients
• onboard clients and patients
• educate patients and caregivers about services and resources
• engage with patients in the home
• manage client accounts
• attend community outreach events
• package materials and products manually
• deliver prescriptions to patient homes as needed
• follow applicable government regulations, including HIPAA.
