What you'll do

• Process outgoing shipments using computer systems, shipping platforms, and carrier portals
• create and verify labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and other documents
• enter shipment information and update order statuses
• review work orders, customer instructions, and production schedules
• coordinate shipment priorities and updates with internal teams
• verify orders before shipment
• track shipments and communicate issues
• maintain shipping records and files
• stage and label finished products as needed
• keep the shipping area clean and safe
• report discrepancies.
