What you'll do

• Support Life and Annuity clients throughout the project lifecycle
• support agent licensing, appointments, onboarding, and contracting initiatives
• analyze processes, rules, and requirements
• support solution design, implementation, testing, and delivery in SuranceBay
• contribute across business analysis, QA, and development as needed
• gather requirements, validate solutions, and document findings, designs, and test cases.
