The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is an onsite position based in Adkins, TX. The specialist will partner with community leaders to manage high-volume hiring needs, implement effective sourcing strategies, and maintain robust candidate pipelines to meet organizational goals.

What you'll do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for assigned communities and critical positions.
  • Drive measurable hiring outcomes and be accountable for recruitment performance metrics, hiring goals, and candidate conversion results.
  • Support recruitment strategies in collaboration with community leaders and the Director of Talent Acquisition.
  • Collaborate closely with community hiring managers to ensure alignment of candidate needs, position requirements, and recruitment priorities.
  • Support community HR Business Partners by providing timely updates and assisting in moving applicants through hiring workflows.
  • Source and engage top talent through Indeed, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to provide recruitment guidance.
  • Maintain robust candidate pipelines.
  • Provide on-site talent acquisition support, training, and coaching to community leaders.
  • Travel periodically to support job fairs, campus recruitment events, hiring events, and community workforce initiatives.
  • Utilize recruiting metrics, reporting, and applicant tracking systems to drive hiring effectiveness.
  • Ensure candidates receive exceptional interview experience through consistent communication and follow-up.
