Senior IT Systems Administrator – Hybrid

Job overview

The Senior IT Systems Administrator role is hybrid, with three days each week in Hi Marley’s Boston, MA office; compensation is $94,500–$175,500 per year. Hi Marley builds AI-powered software for insurance claims communications, with a mission to make those interactions faster, easier, and more empathetic. The administrator owns identity, endpoint, and IT service management systems from design through rollout and support. The role strengthens access controls and device security, improves service workflows, and automates internal processes so teams can use core systems more effectively and independently.

What you'll do

• Administer Jira and Jira Service Management workflows, configurations, request types, approvals, service tiers, SLAs, and escalation paths
• manage Microsoft Entra access controls, Conditional Access, device trust, SCIM provisioning, and onboarding/offboarding workflows
• own macOS fleet management, Jamf baselines, zero-touch deployment, security hardening, and escalated troubleshooting
• administer Microsoft 365/Entra, Slack, and Confluence
• build and maintain Zapier and other low/no-code automations
• manage SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration, Exchange Online security policy, and secure email routing and deliverability.
