What you'll do

• Monitor sales, labor and food/beverage costs, inventory, waste, and margins
• identify revenue and efficiency opportunities
• recommend pricing, menu, portion, and operational changes for owner approval
• develop coffee and beverage quality and consistency
• manage staffing, scheduling, opening and closing, service procedures, inventory, vendors, POS and cash controls, food safety, customer recovery, catering, and events
• build SOPs and training systems
• train, coach, and develop employees
• work hands-on across front-of-house duties
• communicate performance and action plans to the owner.
