The specialist supports a welcoming patient experience and smooth office operations by managing reception, appointments, communications, payments, and patient records. The role also helps patients understand next steps and remain consistent with care.

What you'll do

• Welcome and check patients in and out
• answer calls, texts, and questions
• schedule appointments
• collect payments, enter charges, and explain payment options
• review paperwork and maintain patient information
• support follow-up, reactivation, referrals, workshops, and wellness promotions
• maintain an organized front office.
