Branch Manager, Property Restoration

The Branch Manager works onsite in Bethesda, MD, and leads operations across the DC market, including two locations. Compensation is $120,000–$140,000 annual base salary plus bonus. The role is with a growing property restoration company. The manager owns branch-level financial and operational performance across mitigation, reconstruction, estimating, project management, and sales. The role develops teams, strengthens client relationships, and supports consistent service and growth across the markets.

What you'll do

• Own full P&L responsibility for both locations
• lead day-to-day operations across mitigation, reconstruction, estimating, project management, and sales
• coach and develop branch managers and staff
• partner with business development to grow market presence and key accounts
• ensure safety compliance and consistent CRM and reporting use
• travel regularly between the two markets.
