Assistant Manager

The role may act as manager when the Store Manager is away and contributes to sales and customer service goals.

What you'll do

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations
• run the register and assist customers
• coach team members on upselling products and promotions
• help hire, train, and lead staff
• act as manager when the Store Manager is off
• handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising
• maintain store, restroom, trash, and fuel-pump cleanliness
• create team schedules
• handle cash, deposits, and store financials
• provide feedback and leadership.
