OB Hospitalist Site Director

What you'll do

• Oversee program operations and quality care
• build relationships with hospital medical and nursing staff, administrative leaders, and the physician and certified nurse-midwife hospitalist team
• collaborate with clinical operations leaders on program objectives
• train and develop clinicians
• communicate and enforce clinical policies
• address minor physician issues and escalate as appropriate
• and work with hospital leadership to identify ways to increase Labor and Delivery utilization. Travel to the hospital as needed is expected.
