What you'll do

• Assist with hiring and training
• oversee daily workflow, schedules, and assignments
• maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse housekeeping
• conduct performance evaluations
• enforce safe work and PPE practices
• lead 5S practices and equipment safety checks
• inspect deliveries and outgoing orders
• maintain work records
• conduct inventory audits
• operate a forklift when necessary
• communicate inventory issues and support process improvements.
