What you'll do

• Lead daily store operations, including staffing, sales, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention
• recruit, interview, hire, train, and coach seasonal Sales Associates
• work toward sales and performance targets
• support customer engagement
• report performance and employee-relations issues
• follow company policies, safety protocols, and loss-prevention standards
• report workplace injuries
• complete assigned training.
