Laundry Assistant

The Laundry Assistant is an onsite, full-time role in Marlborough, MA, paying $16 per hour. The schedule is 2 p.m.–10 p.m. with an every-other-weekend rotation. The position supports residents and facility operations at Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center. The role keeps residents’ clothing and facility linens clean, available, and properly cared for. Following washing instructions and sanitation and infection-control procedures helps meet residents’ daily needs and maintain a safe facility.

What you'll do

• Process laundry efficiently and maintain a clean, orderly, safe, and sanitary work area
• follow washing instructions
• label unmarked clothing
• restock linens
• return residents’ clothing to their rooms
• follow sanitation, safety, infection-control, and universal precautions.

Why this role
