Pediatric Medical Receptionist

What you'll do

• Answer and route calls
• schedule and confirm appointments
• greet and check in patients
• maintain demographic, insurance, and pharmacy information
• verify insurance and collect copays or balances
• assist with basic billing inquiries
• scan and manage EHR documentation
• coordinate interpreter services
• monitor the reception area and communicate delays
• process medical record requests, forms, reports, and deposits
• follow confidentiality, safety, and infection-control standards.
