What you'll do

• Market the facility to area hospitals
• create and maintain referral sources
• coordinate resident and patient referrals and approvals
• conduct facility tours
• track pre-admission activity
• respond to inquiries and follow up
• maintain bed availability and services information
• communicate bed availability and services to referral sources
• chair daily admission meetings
• coordinate with nursing, housekeeping, the Director of Nursing, and the Business Office Manager
• recommend admission decisions to facility management.
