What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel
• respond to incidents and alarms and document observations
• patrol common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• complete activity and incident reports and shift handoffs.
