What you'll do

• Complete planned and required repairs and maintenance at cafés, catering kitchens, and bakeries
• perform minor infrastructure repairs
• complete installations and assigned projects
• coordinate with Operations, Culinary, IT, Food Safety, and Beverage teams
• maintain company vehicles, tools, and tablets
• perform preventive maintenance
• educate café managers on facility care
• follow food and workplace safety requirements
• participate in rotating weekend on-call coverage
• track project completion and identify maintenance cost-reduction opportunities.
