What you'll do

• Provide end-to-end support and track incidents and requests in Freshservice
• troubleshoot software and hardware including computers, mobile devices, and printers

• explain technical solutions to users
• maintain the asset database
• liaise with vendors
• occasionally visit retail stores and grow or manufacturing facilities
• participate in a weekly on-call rotation
• travel 10–20% of the time.
