Clinical Manager — Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

What you'll do

• Supervise and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and other staff
• hold weekly one-to-ones and monthly staff meetings
• review treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• conduct assessments and evaluations at least every six months
• ensure clinical documentation is accurate and timely
• assign caseloads
• coordinate intake and onboarding
• monitor authorized hours
• manage clinic supplies and budget
• communicate with families and represent the organization at community events.
