Security Systems Project Manager

The Security Systems Project Manager is a full-time hybrid role, with onsite work two to three days per week at Robinhood’s Menlo Park, CA office and remote work on the remaining days. The stated salary range is $130,000–$160,000 per year. Embedded on Robinhood’s Security Technology team, the role delivers physical security technology projects across global sites. The position leads projects from scope definition through testing and commissioning, coordinating vendors, construction trades, and internal stakeholders. It helps ensure security systems are delivered on schedule and within budget while meeting Robinhood’s security standards.

What you'll do

• Lead physical security project delivery, including scope, budgets, schedules, vendor bid evaluations, installation oversight, testing, and commissioning
• oversee deployment of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, intercom, and visitor management systems
• manage integrators, technicians, and construction trades
• represent physical security in OAC meetings
• coordinate with Real Estate, Workplace, Corporate Engineering, AV, and Information Security
• direct QA, sign-offs, and handovers
• maintain project archives
• track budgets, performance, scope changes, and status reporting.
